This Privacy Policy explains how Quench House LLC ("Tami," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit drinktami.com (the "Site") or join our waitlist.

We keep this to the minimum needed to run the waitlist:

• Email address — required to join the waitlist.
• Name — the first and last name you enter on the waitlist form.
• Approximate location — inferred automatically from your IP address at signup (city, region, country, and postal code, where available) via a third-party lookup. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Signup source — how you arrived at the Site (e.g., a referring site or campaign tag), captured automatically.
• Basic usage data — aggregated, anonymized site traffic analytics.

We use this information solely to:

• Send you updates about Tami — launch timing, product news, and other information relevant to you as a waitlist subscriber.
• Understand, in aggregate, where our audience is coming from so we can plan for launch.
• Operate and improve the Site.

We do not use it for any other purpose.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• We do not use your location to target you individually — it informs our own aggregate planning only.

A small number of trusted vendors process data on our behalf to operate the Site and waitlist — including database storage, site hosting, and IP-based location lookups. They're bound to keep it confidential and do not use it for their own purposes.

The Site uses minimal browser storage — limited to remembering whether you've seen our intro animation during your visit. That data stays on your device. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed for the purposes above (for example, after launch communications wrap up).

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing drinktami@gmail.com. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (for example, California or the EU/UK), those rights apply to the extent required by law, and we'll honor requests accordingly.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We take reasonable measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy as the Site and business evolve — particularly as we approach our Spring 2027 launch. We'll update the effective date above whenever we do.
